Job Summary

The Relationship Associate is responsible for managing healthcare partnerships, handling administrative functions, maintaining partner records, coordinating communications, and assisting with partner engagement activities. Responsible for existing product adoption and expansion and leveraging marketing initiative to build partner engagement.

Essential Functions

  • Aid in partner onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain partner databases and update records accurately
  • Cook up meetings, calls, and events with healthcare partners
  • Prepare and distribute communications, including newsletters and program updates
  • Aid in the creation of presentations and reports
  • Support the execution of partner engagement and outreach initiatives
  • Conduct basic research on partner organizations and industry trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare, sales or customer-facing roles (required)

Skills

  • Prioritizing the needs, behaviors, and feedback of customers to guide product decisions and deliver exceptional user experiences
  • An understanding of banking operations, financial principles, and market dynamics to make informed product decisions
  • Written and verbal skills; ability to organize information in a clear, consistent format; ability to articulate a clear, well-thought-out message and formal delivery; skills in creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Effectively setting priorities, managing timelines, and coordinating resources to execute business initiatives

Physical Demands

  • General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
  • Travel - Occasional travel to include overnight stay.

Compensation and Benefits

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
