About the role

We are seeking experienced healthcare recruiters with a background in travel nursing, advanced practice providers, physician recruitment, or locum tenens staffing who are ready to grow their income through an uncapped commission model as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

• Specialties: ICU, ER, Med Surg, Telemetry, PCU, OR, Cath Lab, PACU, Labor & Delivery, NICU, PICU, Home Health, Hospice, Behavioral Health, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing
• Locum Tenens Physicians (MD/DO)
• Nurse Practitioners (NP)
• Physician Assistants (PA)
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
• Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM)
• Psychiatrists, Hospitalists, Emergency Medicine Physicians, Family Practice Physicians, Internal Medicine Physicians, and specialists across multiple practice areas

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen qualified healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with clinicians nationwide.
• Match candidates to contract, travel, PRN, and locum assignments.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and clinicians.
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with credentialing and onboarding teams.
• Meet recruiting and placement goals.

Compensation

• 40% of Gross Profit on every successful placement
• Unlimited commission earnings
• Weekly commission payouts after client payment

Requirements

• Previous healthcare recruiting experience required
• Experience with travel nursing or locum tenens strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sourcing abilities
• Self-driven and highly organized
• Comfortable working remotely

Performance expectations

• Generate consistent recruiting activity daily
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
• Submit qualified clinicians weekly
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline
• Accurately document recruiting activity within the ATS
