Core Values Passion to Serve Be Your Best Bring Your Best Do the Right Thing Do What it Takes Job Summary The Recruiter will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring qualified nursing and home health professionals to support Trusted Ally Home Care’s mission and growth. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, results-driven, and passionate about building strong clinical teams that deliver exceptional patient care. Major Job Functions Source and attract qualified healthcare candidatesScreen and evaluate applicants (resumes, interviews, credentials)Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersEnsure compliance with licensing and healthcare regulationsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Key Responsibilities Source and recruit qualified nurses, home health aides, and clinical staff across multiple statesConduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate interviews with clinical leadership and hiring managersManage job postings across multiple platforms and recruiting channelsMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Ensure timely completion of pre-employment requirements, including licensure, background checks, and onboarding documentationBuild and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needsPartner with leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring prioritiesPromote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processSupport retention initiatives through ongoing candidate and employee engagement Education And Experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferredMinimum of 2–3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare or home health recruiting strongly preferredExperience recruiting nurses and clinical staff highly desirableStrong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compliance standardsFamiliarity with multi-state healthcare licensing requirements is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and changing staffing demandsThis is a Hybrid Position. Must be within a reasonable commuting distance to the Denver, CO office location.
