About the role

A PruittHealth Recruiter means joining a dynamic, industry-leading recruitment organization that utilizes innovative technology and partnerships internally and externally to find the best talent to join PruittHealth. You will handle all aspects of the recruitment and selection process to ensure the most highly qualified candidates seek and gain employment with PruittHealth and have a positive experience throughout the process.

You will partner with hiring managers to determine specific hiring needs and identify the most appropriate recruiting method(s) to attract the highest-quality candidates for open positions. You will ensure that minimum qualification standards and appropriate job-offer parameters (salary, relocation allowance, signing bonus, etc.) are established prior to posting positions.

You will regularly utilize an applicant tracking system (i.e., Taleo) to review, analyze, and assess information provided by applicants in response to job postings. You will conduct interviews, forward viable candidates to hiring managers, and establish and handle interview schedules. Once the candidate is selected, you will extend the job offer and close out the position in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions.

You have the opportunity to be creative in building a pipeline of quality talent through various methods. Cultivating relationships with quality candidates will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the recruitment and selection process.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and identify recruiting methods.
• Establish minimum qualification standards and job-offer parameters prior to posting positions.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (e.g., Taleo) to review, analyze, and assess applicant information.
• Conduct interviews and forward viable candidates to hiring managers.
• Establish and manage interview schedules.
• Extend job offers and close out positions in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality talent through creative recruiting methods.
• Cultivate relationships with quality candidates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• One (1) year of previous high-volume recruiting experience (5+ years preferred).
• One (1) year of experience working with applicant tracking systems (3+ years Taleo experience preferred).

Skills

• Ability to exercise patience, tact, and diplomacy in difficult situations.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Effective and creative problem-solving while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• High-volume recruiting experience (healthcare experience a plus).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (helpful).
