What You’ll Do

- Create your own book of business from scratch and manage a high-volume pipeline of candidates through every stage of the hiring journey.
- Build lasting relationships with clinicians, interview, screen, and advise them while helping them navigate opportunities, negotiate pay, and land positions that match their goals.
- Verify credentials, references, and pre-hire requirements with precision and professionalism.
- Partner with sales, onboarding, and client teams to ensure every placement is seamless and successful.
- Stay in touch with clinicians, extend contracts, and reassign them to new opportunities — keeping top talent where they belong.
- Lead with positivity. Foster strong relationships with your teammates, share wins, offer support, and celebrate success as a team.
- Deliver world-class service. Provide the kind of candidate and client experience that turns one job into a long-term partnership.
What You Bring
- A High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus.
- A proven record of success — in recruiting, sales, customer service, or any role where drive and determination led to results.
- Self-motivation and a relentless desire to exceed goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to multi-task, stay organized, and move fast without sacrificing quality.
- Openness to coaching and continuous improvement — because growth never stops.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and CRM systems; confident using multiple digital platforms.
- A strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
- A passion for helping people succeed — and seeing the impact of your work every day.
Bonus Points For
- An Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- One year of recruiting, sales, or staffing industry experience.
- Knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare roles.
- Phone-based experience (customer service, inside sales, or call center).
- Consultative or relationship-based sales experience.
