Healthcare Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Tallgrass Creek by Erickson Senior Living. This role involves handling job postings, screenings, and interviews, and collaborating with management to fill positions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand workforce needs
• Source top-level talent to Hiring Managers for further screening and interviewing
• Conduct salary negotiations to ensure competitive offers
• Develop and coordinate internal job posting programs, write job postings, and manage recruiting costs
• Cook up and host community job fairs as needed
• Develop and maintain contacts with schools, alumni groups, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants
• Manage and administer any changes to employee positions via the HRIS (Workday) and any compensation request documents

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years recruiting experience
• Previous healthcare recruitment experience is preferred
• The ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Pay

$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
