About the role

Join our Interim HealthCare Staffing team in Carmel, IN as a full-cycle recruiter of healthcare professionals. This is an in-office, full-time position with a starting salary range of $50k to $60K plus quarterly bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the recruiting process to meet organizational needs, collaborating closely with other departments.
• Develop, build, and maintain candidate relationships using effective sourcing and selection techniques.
• Proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals through multiple sources and strategies.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.
• Leverage social media platforms to build connections and strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• One year of high-volume healthcare-related recruitment experience, including roles such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, and front-line support positions.
• Demonstrated ability to source and cold call candidates proactively.

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
