Work Experience:1+ recruiting/human resources experience is Required. Healthcare experience PreferredLicenses and Certifications:Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is PreferredSHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) is PreferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency with Applicant tracking systems and Recruiting CRM's is RequiredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is RequiredProficiency in utilizing AI tools is RequiredStrong communicationListening skillsHighly organizedCritical thinker Responsibilities: Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs by reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements. Develops strategies to acquire talent to ensure vacancies are kept to facility-specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed. Assesses candidates using behavioural interview techniques, resumes, credentials reviews, and assessments to determine minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ensures behavioural assessments are completed and reflect the quality hire expected to meet competencies. Prepares and extends job offers, sign-on bonuses, seasonal agreements, relocation agreements, and other incentives, managing counter offers as necessary. Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives, and corporate and facility policies, addressing applicant inquiries.
