What You’ll Do As a Healthcare Recruiter, you'll connect healthcare professionals with career opportunities across the country while partnering with clients to fill critical staffing needs. Responsibilities Include Recruit healthcare professionals nationwideBuild relationships with candidates through phone, text, email, and virtual communicationSource, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring processManage your own pipeline of candidates and open positionsPartner with sales teams to fill jobs quickly and successfullyUse multiple systems while staying organized and meeting performance goals What We’re Looking For 2+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, teaching, or similar experienceExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in multiple computer systemsSelf-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve goals TRAINING, SCHEDULE & LOCATION This is a local position based in Maitland, Florida. Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. You'll begin your career with in-office training, where you'll learn our recruiting process, healthcare industry, and technology. After successfully completing your new hire ramp period, you'll transition to a hybrid work schedule, working both remotely and from our Maitland office.
