About the role

The Healthcare Recruiter assists in the recruiting success throughout Eden Health's business lines. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract healthcare talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Post jobs to various job board sites like Newton, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records and streamline the recruitment process.
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure they are suitable for the position of interest.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Participate in projects and team meetings.
• Schedule weekly calls with hiring leaders to maintain fluid communication between the agency and recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems.
