About the role

Support operational procedures of the property management and engineering teams. Ensure all aspects of the client’s property are managed effectively and efficiently. Prepare new tenant welcome and orientation packets and communications in collaboration with the property manager. Follow up with tenant requests. Submit invoices and prepares letter preparation for outgoing recoveries and reconciliations. Manage reporting and information request process to ensure timely submission from other departments. Prepare reports and presentations. Collect, aggregate, input, and export real estate data into various databases and assists in maintaining accurate data within the system of record. Ensure tenant and vendor contact information is accurate and complete within various databases. Manage relationships with real estate service providers, vendors, associates, brokers, attorneys, and consultants.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
