About the role
We are seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to lead architectural design and documentation for healthcare projects, coordinating with stakeholders and consultants to ensure design intent is realized during construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams with collaborative communication, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful execution.
- Engage with clients to define functional, spatial, and aesthetic requirements, analyze codes and standards, and prepare design concepts, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Plan layouts, integrate engineering elements, and prepare detailed drawings and contract documents.
- Monitor work plans, utilize CAD and BIM software, and participate in project meetings.
- Manage junior staff, coordinate across disciplines, and maintain effective communication with all project parties.
- Document existing conditions and mentor team members for professional growth.
Requirements
- Healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture with at least 15 years of industry experience, including six licensed years.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- State Architectural License and NCARB certification.
Qualifications
Preferred LEED credentials.
Pay
$110,000 to $165,000 per year.
