Healthcare Professional (LVN/RN/EMT/Paramedic)

About the role

Responsible for providing patient-centered care in a plasma donation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform health screenings, assess donors, and obtain medical histories.
• Monitor donors during and after procedures, responding to adverse events within scope of practice.
• Manage IV access and phlebotomy, operate apheresis equipment, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Educate donors on procedures to ensure a safe and compassionate experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed LVN, RN, EMT, or Paramedic with relevant healthcare experience.
• Strong understanding of patient care, safety protocols, and infection control.
• Ability to operate medical equipment and maintain detailed documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to donor interaction.
