Healthcare Payer PM- W2 Candidates

About the role

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in the Healthcare Payer industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably with PMP certification, and experience in regulated healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage large, complex business and technology programs in a Waterfall environment
• Manage multiple projects concurrently with interdependencies
• Own the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure
• Work closely with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships, including risk management and expectation setting

Requirements

• Mandatory skills: Project Management, PMP Certified
• Must have experience in the Healthcare Payer industry (claims, enrolment, provider management, utilization management, care management, regulatory programs, etc.)
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments with compliance-driven timelines
• Strong experience managing large, complex business and technology programs in a Waterfall environment
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with interdependencies
• End-to-end project lifecycle ownership (initiation through closure)
• Experience working with stakeholders and multiple vendors, managing risk, and managing expectations

Qualifications

While not mandatory, candidates with Agile experience are preferred.
