Healthcare Operations Manager

About the role

You will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Clinical experience preferred; RN or PCT with CCHT.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and team members.
• Manage the operational aspects of the clinic, including budget adherence, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring.
• Lead a cross-functional team to ensure high-quality patient care and team development.
• Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to achieve business objectives.
• Use intermediate computer skills in MS Office tools to support operations.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• One year of management experience or equivalent renal experience required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
• CPR certification required (or obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
