Job Summary

About the role

Facilitates and maintains inspection and service work relationships with healthcare account customers. Works closely with the Director of Healthcare Solutions and manages Regional Healthcare Operations Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Director of Healthcare Solutions, Regional Healthcare Operations Managers, Regional Inspections/Service Crews, District Service Managers, District Managers, and Regional Sales Manager to develop top-tier healthcare solution and operations strategy for all regions.
  • Track, achieve, and maximize overall healthcare division budgets, margins, and trends.
  • Direct and collaborate with Regional Healthcare Operations Managers/Branch Management to ensure:
    • Achievement of regional healthcare quarterly and annual budgets.
    • Forecasting of billing for each region.
    • Achievement of gross margin goals.
    • Completion of all inspection work orders within CMS accrediting organizations' guidelines.
    • Completion of all inspection repair/service work orders within CMS accrediting organizations' guidelines.
  • Establish territories for each Regional Healthcare Operations Manager and develop individualized breakout budgets for regions.
  • Drive performance and continuous improvement to meet and exceed established KPIs/SLAs.
  • Identify struggling regions and collaborate with Regional Healthcare Operations Managers to establish streamlined processes to meet KPIs.
  • Assist Director of Healthcare Solutions and Regional Sales Managers in preparing regional or national RFP pricing.
  • Guide Regional Healthcare Operations Managers through any issues.
  • Monitor and engage with top Healthcare Clients regularly.
  • Educate District Service Managers, District Managers, District Ops/Insp Managers, inspectors, and technicians on The Joint Commission (TJC), DNV-GLHealthcare, HFAP, CARF, UCA, and other accrediting organizations to become subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with District Service Managers and District Managers to oversee Healthcare Inspection and Service field personnel, ensuring compliance with healthcare customer expectations and SFNA healthcare SOPs.
  • Facilitate Kick-Off meetings and Progress Meetings for Healthcare Accounts, focusing on Healthcare SOPs.
  • Work with local Healthcare Engineering and region Service Managers to ensure compliance with required policies for working at Healthcare Facilities, such as background checks and flu shots.
  • Ensure inspections are performed within accrediting bodies' timeframe windows to maintain healthcare facilities' compliance.
  • Facilitate Internal Kick-Off meetings with local inspection teams to review SFNA policies, discuss best practices, and assign roles.
  • Coordinate resource allocation (inspectors and service field personnel) between regions as needed for efficient inspections and service.
  • Develop expertise in The Joint Commission (TJC), DNV-GL Healthcare, HFAP, CARF, UCA, and other accrediting organizations.
  • Ensure Sales Force Lightning is effectively utilized throughout the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Healthcare Customer Service Team Lead and Healthcare Customer Service Representatives.
  • Participate actively in Quarterly and Annual Healthcare Division meetings.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED, required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Fire Sprinkler Industry experience, required.
  • Administrative experience and knowledge of common business workflow processes.
  • Communication Skills: Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees, customers and board or directors.
  • Systems and Software Skills: 5 years of professional computer skills (proficiency in MS Office Suite).

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Sit and stand for long periods.
  • Occasionally drive, bend, kneel, balance, lift up to 20lbs, walk, stand, ascend/descend stairs, reach above and below shoulders, stoop, and twist.
  • Work indoors in an office or remote setting, work alone and with others.
  • Occasionally wear appropriate personal protective equipment, as required by company safety policies.
