Healthcare Operations Manager

Purpose

As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will lead a team in an outpatient clinic setting, impacting patient care and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About the Role

You will build on your relationship with patients, improve their health through clinical goal setting, and develop a cross-functional clinical team. You will manage the clinic's operations, including financial management and compliance, and collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team that appreciates, supports, and relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Manage the clinic's operations, including adhering to budget, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance.
• Develop and mentor a cross-functional clinical team (census dependent on state laws).
• Collaborate with clinical and financial teams to produce results that align with business needs.
• Manage financial aspects of the clinic, including managing vendor relationships and ordering supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
• Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Salary Range

The salary range for the role is $90,000 - $141,000/year. Location-specific minimum wage details can be found here: DaVita.jobs/WageRates. Compensation depends on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
