Healthcare Marketing/Admissions Coordinator - Long Term Care

We are seeking a reliable, outgoing, and self-motivated Marketing/Admissions Coordinator to help grow census and strengthen community relationships. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on making connections, enjoys working independently, and is passionate about long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans, spending at least 24 hours per week connecting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior organizations, and social service agencies
• Drive community awareness by presenting to local organizations on long-term care, aging, and the benefits of our services
• Facilitate the admissions process by conducting facility tours and managing all aspects of resident admissions
• Track and report activity by submitting weekly marketing and admissions reports to leadership
• Strengthen community relations by collaborating with internal teams to support events, campaigns, and outreach efforts

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare-related admissions
• Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and travel locally to establish community partnerships
