Healthcare Marketer and Business Development Rep.

About the role

Compass Palliative Care, a California-based leading mobile palliative care provider, is seeking a Marketing Representative for the Dallas, Texas area. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling leads for new business.
• Maintain and grow the established accounts in the territory.
• Schedule and conduct educational in-services.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Weekly Business Development and Marketing meetings will be held via Zoom to review business development goals and progress in achieving those objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-to-5-year background in the medical field, working with physicians, home health, hospice agencies, and other facilities in marketing our palliative care program and services.
• Strong account management and people skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to cover a large territory.

Pay

$75,000 annually plus a competitive bonus structure.
