This position serves as a trusted advisor to health plans, providers, government agencies, and other healthcare organizations. This role combines strategic problem-solving, project leadership, business development support, and client relationship management to help organizations address complex healthcare challenges. Successful candidates bring deep healthcare industry expertise, strong consulting skills, and the ability to independently lead multiple engagements. They are skilled at translating complex information into actionable recommendations, managing client relationships, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful results.

Typical projects may include: healthcare strategy and market assessments; Medicaid and public program consulting; medical management and quality program design; provider network and access analyses; operational improvement initiatives; program design, implementation, and evaluation; regulatory and accreditation readiness; business development and proposal support; analytics-driven strategic decision making.
