Role Overview: An Education Coordinator in the Healthcare & Medical Services department is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical and non-clinical education programs that enhance patient care quality. Key Responsibilities Conduct needs assessments to identify educational gaps.Develop and deliver curricula, staff orientations, and in‑services.Ensure compliance with regulatory education requirements.Track and evaluate educational outcomes.Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and allied health professionals to foster a culture of continuous learning.Support professional development pathways and promote evidence-based practices across multidisciplinary teams.
