Healthcare Data Analyst - CDP & Fabric
Pay range: $50 to $60 per hour, contract role, full-time equivalent
About the role
This is an opportunity to become the technical engine behind a marketing team that's moving beyond basic segmentation and into true customer intelligence. You'll explore the data, uncover opportunities others haven't considered, build audiences that drive measurable business results, and help prove the value of every campaign.
You'll work within a sophisticated customer data ecosystem built inside Microsoft Fabric, turning connected data and existing dashboards into smarter decisions. The right person doesn't simply build what they're asked for—they ask smarter questions, validate assumptions, and come back with better ideas.
You'll collaborate with developers, marketers, and business stakeholders to understand their real problems, not just their requests. Your work will directly influence marketing strategy, customer engagement, revenue growth, and executive decision-making. This team is looking for a trusted technical partner, not just another pair of hands.
The role is fully remote and has the potential to transition from contract to employee based on performance.
