Position Overview
Working with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, the Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data to inform decision-making, support project goals, and drive successful outcomes across healthcare improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in helping teams and stakeholders understand data insights that improve healthcare delivery in communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from a variety of sources and conduct methodologically sound analyses to generate meaningful insights
- Interpret and present data findings to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and actionable way
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure analytic deliverables meet business and client needs
- Partner with analytics and project teams to ensure data governance and data integrity standards are followed
- Support the development of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field, Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field, Healthcare experience preferred
