Full-time role based in Deerfield Beach, FL with a starting pay of $18 per hour, plus bonuses and performance-based pay.
Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday through Thursday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

About This Role
As a Healthcare Customer Service Rep, you will spend your day connecting with clients by phone, guiding them through their healthcare options, and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Renewing existing insurance policies
- Matching health plans to clients
- Calling existing clients to welcome them and answer questions
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products that add value to each client's coverage
