Healthcare Consulting Director - Clinical Enterprise - Periop

As a Healthcare Consulting Director in Clinical Enterprise - Periop, you will lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, manage budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8 + years of consulting and/or performance improvement healthcare experience in clinical enterprise with a focus on periop
• Healthcare operations leadership experience overseeing perioperative services, including process re-engineering, performance improvement, financial and operational optimization, quality and safety initiatives, and enterprise-level change management
• Demonstrated project leadership within a consulting environment, including managing complex design and implementation efforts specific to perioperative services and leading multi-disciplinary teams through all engagement phases
• The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role
• Direct Supervisory experiences of both individuals and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment

Benefits

• The estimated base salary range for this job is $185,000 - $225,000
• This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program
