Responsibilities
- Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies and best practices.
- Leverage critical thinking skills in data collection and analysis to identify data gaps and risks, and develop sound conclusions and implementable recommendations for improvement.
- Summarize information and present findings and recommendations to various levels of Huron and client leadership.
- Directly supervise junior project team members, providing coaching, mentorship, leading teams, and offering feedback through performance management.
- Deliver solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare consulting.
- Experience leading and supporting hospital or physician revenue cycle initiatives, including department operations and team-based projects focused on process improvement, operational transformation, and change management.
- Ability to manage project workplans and deliverables for consulting engagements focused on hospital or physician revenue cycle functions, such as denials management, revenue integrity, and patient access services.
- The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is essential.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $145,000, with an estimated total compensation range of $112,000 - $171,100, inclusive of annual incentive compensation and benefits. The position is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program and benefit plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
