Healthcare Consulting Associate - Mid Revenue Cycle

Responsibilities

• Lead project work streams for client engagement
• Design and implement effective client solutions using best practices
• Analyze complex data to identify trends and develop recommendations
• Summarize and present findings to the company and client leadership
• Mentor and supervise junior project team members
• Tailor solutions to meet specific client needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years in project implementation or process improvement, ideally in healthcare or consulting
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on complex data interpretation
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and clinical charging workflows
• Demonstrated client engagement experience
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel up to 50% annually
• Exposure to SQL preferred

Pay

$100,000 – $145,000 annually
