About the role
The Healthcare Renovation Technician is responsible for the demolition and renovation of all types of healthcare spaces, including operation rooms, emergency rooms, and ICU rooms. This position is full-time and requires extensive travel, which is fully covered by the company.
Responsibilities
- Safely and properly use power tools (drills, saws etc.), and hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, hand saw etc.)
- Complete demolition and renovation duties by performing the following trades:
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Framing
- Mechanical
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Framing
- Mechanical
Qualifications
- $26.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience
- Health, Dental and Vision
- Employer pays for travel and per diem
- 401K Contribution and Match
- Paid Time Off - Accrual starting on day one of employment
Skills
- OSHA 10 Training Preferred
- Welding experience highly Preferred
- Basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted
- Strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration skills
- Experience with Demolition Preferred
- Experience in one or more of the following trades:
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Framing
- Mechanical

Schedule
- This position is a 100% travel position. The position often requires travel and work on days, weekends and nights. Travel is fully covered by KR Wolfe which typically includes: Flights, hotel stays, rental cars, and per diem
