About the role
The Healthcare Renovation Technician at KR Wolfe, Inc. is responsible for the demolition and renovation of various healthcare spaces, including operation rooms, emergency rooms, and ICU rooms. This position is full-time and involves extensive travel, which is fully covered by the company.
Responsibilities
- Safely and properly use power tools (drills, saws etc.), and hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, hand saw etc.)
- Complete demolition and renovation duties by performing carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical tasks
- Oversee quality assurance
- Identify and handle hazardous materials
- Organize building materials
- Prepare daily construction reports
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Exhibit consistent reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness
- Lead small projects or small teams as needed
- Provide basic hand tools
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
Requirements
- OSHA 10 Training
- Basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language
- Proficient verbal communication skills

Schedule
This position is a 100% travel position, requiring extensive travel and work on days, weekends, and nights. Travel is fully covered by KR Wolfe, which typically includes flights, hotel stays, rental cars, and per diem.
