Healthcare Business Banker

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of healthcare banking relationships across medical practices, physician groups, surgery centers and larger healthcare organizations
• Generate new business through direct prospecting, existing relationships, warm acquisition leads and a strong network of CPAs, attorneys and other professional referral sources
• Cultivate relationships within medical associations, conferences and healthcare communities to expand market presence and uncover new opportunities
• Manage and deepen existing client relationships while identifying opportunities across lending, deposits, private banking and wealth management
• Originate larger, complex healthcare transactions with an emphasis on relationship value rather than high-volume transactional business
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinating internal banking resources and ensuring a high-touch, white-glove client experience
• Maintain accurate pipeline and client activity in Salesforce while consistently driving measurable production and relationship growth

Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial, business, or private banking experience with a strong specialization in healthcare banking
• Established experience working with physicians, medical groups, surgery centers and other sophisticated healthcare organizations
• Demonstrated production history including $20M+ in healthcare loans, $10M+ in healthcare deposits and a substantial portfolio of outstanding loans
• Prominent ability to independently source new business and clearly demonstrate a repeatable strategy for winning and expanding client relationships
• Proven network of healthcare clients, prospects and professional referral partners within the market
• A high degree of social acumen with a polished, consultative presence and the ability to sell on value rather than price
• Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM along with strong Excel proficiency; bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered
