About the role
In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the primary advisor to healthcare practices and organizations with revenues generally between $5MM and $50MM, owning the full client relationship from origination through long-term expansion. You'll bring a consultative, entrepreneurial mindset—leveraging the full capabilities of a leading financial institution to deliver sophisticated credit structures, treasury solutions, and integrated financial strategies that fuel client success.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare and Practice Finance relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for clients with revenues between $5MM and $50MM, including physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), dental service organizations (DSO), specialty practices, and other healthcare businesses
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking within the healthcare ecosystem
- Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions including cashflow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, buyouts, commercial real estate, ground up construction, and enterprise value-based lending structures
- Deliver holistic financial solutions by coordinating seamlessly across: Treasury Management, Payments, Credit Cards, Personal Wealth and Advisory partners, Capital Markets, and Equipment Finance
- Advise healthcare clients on growth initiatives including de novo expansion, acquisitions, physician ownership transitions, and healthcare real estate financing
- Maintain full accountability for the client relationship while orchestrating internal partnerships in a large, matrixed organization
- Apply strong credit judgment and risk discipline while balancing growth, profitability, and client experience
- Anticipate client needs by staying ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditions
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Ten or more years of relevant experience
Skills & experience
- Healthcare and Practice Finance banking experience, including complex credit structuring
- Experience with clinic- and center-based Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Proven success developing new business and COIs within the healthcare industry
- Experience managing loan structures larger than $2.5MM and complex credit requests
- Background serving companies and practices with revenues up to $50MM
- Demonstrated ability to partner across Treasury Management, Payments, and Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and other special banking teams
- Strong knowledge of commercial credit and credit quality standards
- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and nCino
- Agile, innovative problem-solver with sound judgment
- Executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of healthcare ownership structures, reimbursement dynamics, and industry trends affecting physician practices and lower middle markets healthcare organizations

Schedule
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Pay
Pay Range: $141,210.00 - $172,590.00
