About the role
Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks an Associate for our Healthcare department in the firm’s Chicago Office. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience. The right candidate will be eager to work directly with partners and clients, and excited to be part of a team handling a busy national healthcare practice.
Requirements
- Mix of healthcare related transactional and regulatory experience, including a working knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti‑Kickback Statute.
- Experience with transactions involving private equity funds or portfolio companies is a plus.
- Strong academic record.
- Illinois bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Illinois bar.

Pay
Compensation Range: $295K - $370K
