Responsibilities
- Supports exams, performs basic lab tasks, manages patient flow, and assists with front-desk and administrative duties.
- Helps ensure the clinic runs smoothly and provides high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Greet and register patients, verify insurance, demographic, and financial information, answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide general information.
- Maintain charts, records, logs, and files, process fees, and follow basic billing procedures.
- Monitor supplies and assist with inventory.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills required.
- No prior healthcare experience required—we'll train you!
