About the role
This is an industry-specific role dedicated to healthcare—spanning payer and provider clients—where you will help define the future of health and lead the realization of value from AI at scale.
Responsibilities
- Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data led business reinvention across payer and provider organizations.
- Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse AI, GenAI and data into the business processes or functions.
- Forward-deployed with payer clients, co-create solutions using our platforms and AI tooling to move quickly from idea to working solution.
- Support Assessing the maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
- Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as cost-takeout opportunities), and define how value will be realized and tracked after deployment—value management, not just delivery.
- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working within AI and Data Strategy Space including specific skills and experiences around Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Value Realization and Management, Data Management, Data Analysis, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech driven transformations
- A minimum of 4 years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
- A minimum of 4 years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
- A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering in the healthcare industry (payer or provider)
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using Claude or an equivalent frontier AI tool to do the work
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with healthcare data, interoperability, and the regulatory environment (e.g., HIPAA, CMS)

- Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships
Pay
Annual Salary Range: $70,350 to $205,800
Schedule
Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.
