Enterprise AI Value Strategy Consultant
About the role
As an AI & Data Strategy Consultant at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing data assets, AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages.
- Assessing an organization’s AI and data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working, and data foundation.
- Defining building blocks for an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprints, data strategy, and future-ready operating models.
- Developing a business case, investment profile, and roadmap to deliver the strategy, including revenue upside and cost-takeout opportunities.
- Infusing responsible AI into the vision and roadmap, developing plans for leveraging ecosystem partners, and defining an operating model to foster innovation and experimentation.
- Identifying people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
- Creating strategies for AI-first products and developing commercialization opportunities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working within AI and Data Strategy Space, including specific skills and experiences around Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Management, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech-driven transformations.
- Minimum of 4 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of large-scale delivery experience.
Skills
Nice to have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go-to-market activities.
- Fully fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
