About the role

As an AI & Data Strategy Consultant at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Building and optimizing data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages.
  • Assessing an organization's AI and data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
  • Developing a blueprint for converting an organization to an AI-first model, including technology and AI platform blueprints, data strategies, and future-ready operating models.
  • Creating a business case, investment profile, and roadmap to deliver the strategy, including revenue upside and cost-takeout opportunities.
  • Infusing responsible AI into the vision and roadmap, developing plans for leveraging ecosystem partners, and establishing an operating model to foster innovation and experimentation.
  • Identifying people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
  • Creating a strategy for AI-first products and developing commercialization opportunities.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
  • Leading large-scale delivery projects.
  • Building and managing client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI, and data.
  • Developing and executing AI and data strategy for clients.
  • Leading the assessment and improvement of an organization's AI and data strategy.
  • Developing and implementing AI solutions and products.
  • Managing and delivering AI and data strategy projects.

Requirements

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working within AI and Data Strategy Space, including specific skills and experiences around Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Management, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech-driven transformations.
  • A minimum of 4 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of large-scale delivery experience.

Skills

Nice-to-have skills include:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong program management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals, lead in client conversations, and go to market activities.
  • Fully fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, and proven ability to build strong client relationships.
