Healthcare Administrative Assistant's Main Objective Overall, the Healthcare Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining all activities related to patient contact for new and current clinical trial participants. Connect patients to new treatment opportunities in our clinical trialsManage inbound patient, client, and other stakeholder calls with professionalism and careManage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environmentLearn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs so you can support informed and compassionate conversationsCollaborate closely with clinical teams and leaders to solve problems and improve outcomes Skills Needed to Win Required: 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role (relevant internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience counts!)Required: A polished, people-oriented communication stylePreferred: Experience with high-volume inbound callsPreferred: Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or a related fieldPreferred: Experience in administration, healthcare, sales, or customer serviceCoffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
