About the role
The Healthcare Administrative Assistant serves as the face of DelRicht Research, connecting patients to new treatment opportunities in clinical trials. They manage inbound calls, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain a high standard of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Connect patients to new treatment opportunities in our clinical trials
- Manage inbound patient, client, and other stakeholder calls with professionalism and care
- Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Learn about different studies, diseases, medicines, and patient needs to support informed and compassionate conversations
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams and leaders to solve problems and improve outcomes
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
- A polished, people-oriented communication style
- Experience with high-volume inbound calls
- Bachelor's degree in public health, biology, or a related field
- Experience in administration, healthcare, sales, or customer service
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, energetic, and positive
- Show adaptability in a changing, fast-growing environment
- Show a demonstrated interest in healthcare, clinical research, or patient-focused work
Skills
- Polished, people-oriented communication style

Pay
$15.00 to $17.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-time, 40+ hours
