Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the wellness team while promoting a culture of excellence.
- Oversee resident assessments, admissions, service plans, and ongoing care coordination.
- Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care that promotes independence and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Supervise medication management and ensure safe medication administration.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor documentation, resident records, and care plans for
