Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• 1-2 years related experience required
• Superior active listening and coaching skills and a demonstrated ability to be empathetic to client concerns
• Certifications in one or more of the following areas are preferred: Wellcoaches, Catalyst Coaching, NBC-HWC, Certified Health Education Specialist
• Additional certifications are a plus: Personal Trainer, Registered Dietitian, Yoga/Meditation Instructor
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and develop relevant customer communications materials
• Sound judgment and critical thinking skills in order to resolve client issues effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, and dependable
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible day and evening hours are required to meet client availability
• Stable work history required

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 USD annually. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
