Health Unit Coordinator
We are seeking a Health Unit Coordinator for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.
About the role
Provides excellent customer service and service recovery. Responsible for effective and professional communication via telephone, patient call bells and face-to-face interactions with patients, families, visitors and staff. The Health Unit Coordinator is the hub of communication for the safety of the patient. Effectively multitasks which includes answering call lights, answering phones, maintains accurate computer skills, etc. Assists with unit projects.
