About the role
The role involves advising clients in the Healthcare Strategy industry on data-driven strategies to transform their business operations or business model. It also includes leading teams to deliver world-class business strategy solutions, earning the trust of senior leaders, and creating strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects to understand clients' current position in Healthcare Strategy.
- Identify and recommend business options within the context of global, economic, technological, and social trends.
- Lead project delivery to ensure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical roadmaps.
- Provide guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Create content and participate in professional forums to reinforce Accenture’s Strategy practice as a thought leader.
- Mentor junior members of the Strategy team and groom them for more responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a large strategy or health boutique consulting firm.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Provider and/or Payer Industry in one or more of the following areas: corporate development, transformation, or internal strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience in cost transformation, performance improvement, innovative business and operating models, mergers and acquisitions, digital health, and product strategy.
- Proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx.
- Experience with Blockchain, AI, Cloud, and Machine Learning.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Pay
Annual salary range: $87,400 to $253,000.
Schedule
Travel as needed, up to 80%.
