Health Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Human Resources or related health field.
• Three years of experience with pre-school children.
• Computer skills knowledge.
• Ability to complete Essential Functions of job.
• Working Knowledge of principles of early childhood education in health and safety.
• Knowledgeable about Head Start Program Performance Standards.
• Effective communication skills with families, staff, and other professionals.
• Experience working with preschool children and their families.
• Valid Montana Driver’s License and able to meet district insurance qualifications.
• Background check every five years.
• CPR/First Aid Certified upon hiring.
• TB Test/Physical (physical every two years).
• Must submit to random drug tests and adhere to Head Start Drug Free policies.
