Health Statistics and Informatics Division Director
or drop it. Who May Apply is not a heading we should create; we could incorporate into a paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: Overview text, responsibilities list, environmental factors, minimum qualifications, total compensation benefits, hybrid schedule eligibility, location Waterbury VT, reports to Deputy Commissioner, collaborates with partners, etc. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to keep the exact sentences? Probably we can keep them but format as
or
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Schedule, Environmental Factors maybe? The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which sections to include based on content.
We have content for About the role (Overview). Responsibilities (Key responsibilities). Requirements/Qualifications (Minimum Qualifications). Benefits (Total Compensation). Schedule (hybrid work schedule eligibility). Environmental Factors (Duties performed...). Possibly also a section for Reporting Structure? Not needed.
We must not create sections with filler text. All sections we create must have substantive content.
We need to decide grouping: Could combine Overview and reporting line etc under About the role. Could include location and hybrid schedule under Schedule? Actually schedule section could contain hybrid work schedule eligibility. Location could be in About the role or separate? Not required to have a location section.
We must preserve all substantive info, so we need to include location, reporting line, collaboration, work-life balance statement, etc.
Let's craft sections:

We omitted Who May Apply and background checks etc. Are those substantive? They are procedural info about eligibility, background checks, contact email, application instructions. The instruction says remove application instructions. Also "Who May Apply" maybe considered metadata; we can drop it or fold into short p. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Is "Who May Apply" substantive? It says open to all State employees and external applicants, contact email, resumes not accepted via email, must apply online, multiple positions may be filled, background checks details. That seems substantive. However the instruction says remove application instructions. It also says "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." So we could include a short paragraph with that info, maybe under a heading? But we should not create a heading for it unless it's a standard section like "About the role". There's no standard heading for that. So we could fold into a short
after maybe the Overview or at end. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short p with that info, not as a heading. Thus we need to add a paragraph after maybe the Overview or at end containing: "This position, Health Statistics and Informatics Division Director (Job Requisition #55805), is open to all State employees and external applicants. For more information, contact Sarah.Gregorek@vermont.gov. Resumes will not be accepted via e-mail; apply online to be considered. Candidates must pass any applicable background investigation, including Vermont and/or national criminal record checks, DMV and adult and child abuse registry checks as appropriate, except for current classified state employees seeking transfer, promotion or demotion into an AHS classified position or persons exercising re-employment (RIF) rights." We must not include the heading "Who May Apply". So just a paragraph. We also need to ensure we didn't include EEO boilerplate; we removed. Now check we haven't missed any substantive info: The overview also mentions "This position leads the Division of Health
