Health Services Specialist

This is a contract, hybrid position based in Remote, OR.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks for Care Coordinators, including:
  • MMIS entries of assessments (Medicaid Management Information System) to determine member eligibility for programs
  • Authorization entries
  • Adding staff location and assignment in MnCHOICES with new enrollment
  • Moving contacts with group number changes of the same product in Guiding Care
  • Member mail management
  • Submitting activities to assigned Support Staff in Guiding Care

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of related work experience
• Proficiency with completing administrative tasks
• Data and information entry of Medicaid member authorizations
• Communication with Medica care coordinator employee contacts

Pay

$22.00 - $24.00/hour
