Health Services Manager - Primary and Urgent Care at Ravenna

The Health Services Manager position at UW Medicine Primary Care at Ravenna oversees operational oversight and administrative management for the Primary Care Clinic. The role involves hiring, supervising, and mentoring clinic staff, implementing programs to meet specific patient care needs, and continuously improving clinic operations and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Works with leads in directing the activities of staff within the clinic.
- Schedules work for employees ensuring adequate staffing, proper distribution of assignments, and appropriate space and facilities.
- Maintains competent employees through orientation, evaluation, feedback, continuing education, competency standards, and formal disciplinary processes.
- Mentors and rounds on all employees.
- Implements programs, systems, and services that support UWNC policy and strategy decisions.
- Monitors performance against goals and takes corrective action as necessary.
- Provides feedback on the annual development and implementation of the capital and operating budgets.
- Makes monthly reports on revenues and expenditures, including staffing, capital, and supply expenses.
- Promptly resolves patient complaints/concerns regarding care and service provided while maintaining patient satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of progressive supervisory and management experience with budgetary responsibility.
- Demonstrated management/leadership and program management skills.
- Knowledge of ambulatory care environment and healthcare trends.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial, quality, and clinical service issues.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements.

Compensation, Benefits & Position Details
Pay Range: Minimum $114,000.00 annual, Maximum $144,000.00 annual. Benefits: Visit this link for more information. Shift: First Shift (United States of America). Temporary or Regular: Regular position. FTE (Full-Time Equivalent): 100.00%. Union/Bargaining Unit: Not Applicable.
