Responsibilities
- Show knowledge of gene structure and function
- Explain the transmission of traits and diseases from parents to children
- Discuss the molecular basis of human traits and diseases
Requirements
- Show evidence of a minimum of an acceptable master’s degree in the specific subject matter field (doctorate preferred)
- Show evidence of an earned master’s or doctoral degree and satisfactory completion of 18 graduate semester hours in the subject matter field
- Show experience teaching similar courses at a higher education institute
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching online
