Quality

Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management System.

Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement.

Operations

Organizes and develops reports to provide statistical analysis of HSE data captured, to recognize and report HSE data.

Organizes and provides region and area-specific reporting for open and closed CPARs, corrective action closure rates, and associated KPI status and trends.

Provides a Monthly Leading Indicators Report.

Reconciles HSSE systems and system integration of those systems.

Manages customer qualification systems such as ISN, Avetta, and Comply works.

Adds, removes, and modifies users as personal changes are made.

Assists with all HSSE Processes and Systems.

Assists with HSSE related training requests internally and externally.

Assists with reviewing and qualifying drivers.

Communication

Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external.

Provides a Monthly Leading Indicators Report.

Financial

All employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses.

Costs incurred should be within approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedure.

Experience & Education Required:

• 2 + years of practical HSE experience
• PREFERRED: Practical fleet safety experience for both light and heavy-duty vehicles
• REQUIRED: Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the United States, Canada and Caribbean
• REQUIRED: Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• REQUIRED: Strong understanding of contractor managements systems such as ISN, Veriforce, Complyworks, etc.
• REQUIRED: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the United States, Canada and Caribbean for both light and heavy-duty vehicles
