Role Responsibilities
- Provide general Health & Safety support and advice to sites and central teams.
- Coordinate and manage Health Assessments and Risk Assessments, including absence-related and new workplace requirements.
- Review H&S audits and Fire Risk Assessments, supporting sites with corrective actions and compliance.
- Conduct site visits and internal H&S audits and assist with audit preparation.
- Support accident investigations, submit RIDDOR reports, and manage H&S incident notifications to insurers.
- Handle insurance-related queries, claims administration, and liaison with insurers and brokers.
- Coordinate vehicle repair authorizations, invoices, and claim-related documentation.
- Manage insurance notifications for vehicle displays, marketing events, and product placements.
Requirements
- Practical Health & Safety and Insurance knowledge.
- IOSH Managing Safely certified.
- Currently working towards NEBOSH Level 3 Health & Safety General Certificate or qualified.
- Experience in the Commercial Industry.
- Motivated, with a proactive approach.
- Enjoy the challenge of influencing the department.
- Customer relations experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be well presented.
- Must be IT literate.
- Must hold a full UK driving license.
Qualifications

- IOSH Managing Safely certified.
- Currently working towards NEBOSH Level 3 Health & Safety General Certificate or qualified.
