About The Role
We’re currently looking for a Health & Safety Business Partner to join our Kinrise Snackfoods team. Based primarily at our Dandenong South with travel to Braeside, and Keysborough as required, this role champions a strong safety, health and environmental culture across our manufacturing sites.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our sites maintain a strong commitment to continuous improvement of safety, health and environmental culture, standards, systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities, Include But Are Not Limited To
- Lead Safety Excellence
- Drive a proactive safety culture by engaging leaders, team members and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with Kinrise HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee risk and hazard management, including assessments, investigations, corrective actions and audits.
- Champion Health & Injury Management
- Oversee occupational health, wellness and hygiene programs.
- Manage end-to-end workers’ compensation claims and early intervention processes.
- Act as the key liaison between injured workers, treatment providers, insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Environmental Stewardship
- Manage site environmental compliance, including EPA licences and trade waste requirements.
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Lead local HSE improvement programs, including Never Walk By initiatives.
- Enhance return-to-work outcomes and support OES maturity across HSE modules.
- Be a Key Functional Area Specialist in Safety
- Contribute to decision-making on key operational issues.
- Maintain accurate HSE records and reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality and protect sensitive business information.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving ability and confidence managing risk and complexity.

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing safety programs in FMCG manufacturing.
- Significant experience in workplace rehabilitation and return-to-work injury management.
